Mike came recommended through a local group of real estate investors in Lansing. We ultimately had 4 people come look at the leak we had in our basement. A couple of these were the big name brand guys we all have heard about in Lansing. One of the four said it was too difficult for him and he couldn't help. The other two talked about alleviating the symptoms but not actually addressing the problem. Mike was the only one out of the four that actually talked about FIXING the crack. Bottom line, Mike arrived when he said he would and got me a quote in a timely manner. He showed up on the agreed date and got the work done in 1 day. When I came home, it didn't look like he had ever been there. In the evening, he sent me pictures and a short video of the day's work, including the large crack on the outside of the foundation...that is now fixed. I wish all contractors had this level of professionalism. Don't hesitate to contact this company.

Above and Beyond is a perfect name for the company who did my basement system. But I would say more accurately it could be named Above and Beyond and Better. Compared to my other estimates, Mike's was more detailed, a better system, and more cost efficient for me. He has a wonderful work ethic and he and his coworkers are very professional. Permits and inspections were done. All work was completed in a very timely manner and the communication was superb. I have had other work completed by them previously as well. Mike and his crew encapsulated/ insulated my crawl space over the summer and I am so impressed with the quality of work they did. Mike and his crew did an excellent job at my house and the price was way less expensive than I had imagined. I was getting water through a crack in the foundation and he recommended sealing the outside to prevent water from getting in. Other companies wanted to put in a sump pump to catch the water and not fix the problem, with the cost being significantly higher than what Mike charged. Mike made it clear it's better to prevent the water from getting in and his fix will make sure that happens. They are professional, responsive, and fast to come out and get the work done. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly impressed with Above and Beyond Professional Services. I would not hesitate to hire them again. They gave me 3 options to handle a water intrusion issue from a crack in my basement wall and outlined the advantage/disadvantage of each as well as cost. Mike did a urethane injection on 2 cracks and took care to protect the area from the debris/dust that would arise as the work was performed. He asked several times if I had any questions.
